Kyrgyz German Institute of Applied Informatics held on 19 February 2026 the workshop “Exploration of applied competencies” for students and teachers in the frame of the "Introduction of Innovative Technologies in the Digitalization of Technological Processes and Production" (DIGITECH) project, funded by the EU under the Erasmus+ program.

The workshop provide a structured environment to deepen and verify the findings from questionnaires.

🔍 Focus of  the event — Direct observation of skills to validate self-reported confidence.

The workshop was attended by 70 students and 10 teachers.

The results of workshop  will form the basis of  targeted trainings for professors offered by European partner universities to bridge identified knowledge and skills gap
