On February 26, the Kyrgyz German Institute of Applied Informatics (INAI) held a focus group meeting with employers at the Innovative Center as part of the "Introduction of Innovative Technologies in the Digitalization of Technological Processes and Production" (DIGITECH) project, funded by the EU under the Erasmus+ program.

During the focus group, current labor market needs in the context of digitalization and Industry 4.0 were discussed, and priority competencies for graduates in industrial automation and digital technologies were identified.

 The Kyrgyz German Institute of Applied Informatics (INAI) regularly holds workshops and meetings with employers to adapt its educational programs to market demands, ensuring high demand for graduates.

These events facilitate collaboration with major Kyrgyz and international IT companies, helping students find internships and employment.
