Hackathon Brought Together School Students from Across Kyrgyzstan: 140 Teams, 44 Finalists

From November 10 to 13, the Kyrgyz-German Institute of Applied Informatics (INAI.kg) hosted a large-scale school hackathon focused on data analysis in economics. The event gathered talented participants from all regions of Kyrgyzstan and became one of the largest educational IT events of the year.

A total of 140 teams took part in the hackathon. Over several days, participants worked on analytical tasks, explored the world of data, and developed solutions for real economic cases. Following the qualifying stage, 44 teams advanced to the finals, demonstrating the strongest results.

The hackathon was part of the 2025 IT Bootcamp for School Students, which included sessions with IT industry experts, meetings with successful INAI alumni, a master class on creating Telegram bots, educational sessions on university admission opportunities, and an interactive IT quiz.

During the award ceremony, INAI.kg Rector Aida Myrzakanovna Tologonova presented certificates and prizes to the finalists and winners. The participants showcased strong analytical skills, a high level of preparation, and a creative approach to solving the assigned tasks.

Organizers highlight the high level of preparation, creativity, data skills, and motivation of the participants. INAI.kg will continue to support talented youth, promote STEM initiatives, and create opportunities for the future IT professionals of Kyrgyzstan.
