Participation Formats and Application Procedure

Participants may choose one of the following options:

  • Participation with a presentation and publication of a scientific paper;
  • Participation with a presentation only (without publication);
  • Publication of a scientific paper only (without presentation);
  • Participation as a listener (without presentation or publication).

Applications for participation should be submitted via the online registration form at https://conference.inai.kg/

  • The deadline for submitting applications for participation with a presentation and publication of a scientific paper, for participation with a presentation only, and for publication of a scientific paper without presentation is December 15, 2025.;
  • The deadline for applications for participation as a listener December 15, 2025..

Participants planning to give a presentation without publication must submit an abstract of their presentation (Appendix 1). The electronic version of the abstract must be sent by December 15, 2025 toconference@inai.kg

Abstract Requirements

The abstracts should clearly outline the research problem, describe the approach used to solve it, and summarize key results.

Each abstract should include the following information:

  • Title of the presentation.
  • Introduction: main objectives of the study, including theoretical background and research questions (up to 600 words).
  • Methods: description of the research procedure, participants (and their number), measurements (methods), and analysis (up to 400 words).
  • ● Results and Discussion: a brief summary of key findings, including relevant statistical data, major scientific effects, and conclusions (up to 300 words).
  • References (if necessary).




Participants planning either publication only or publication with a presentation must submit the full text of the scientific paper. The submitted materials must correspond to the conference topics, be original (not previously published or under review elsewhere in any language), and have an originality rate of at least 70% (Appendix 2). The electronic version of the article must be sent by December 15, 2025 to conference@inai.kg.

Requirements for the design of scientific articles of the Conference

for publication in a scientific and informational journal

“SCIENCE AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES”

(Impact Factor – 0.133, DOI Prefix – 10.33942, HAC KR – 16 points)

The scientific paper should be printed on one side of white A4 paper (210×297 mm) using an inkjet or laser printer, single-spaced, with automatic hyphenation.

Use Times New Roman font, A4 format (210×297 mm), with margins of 25 mm on all sides (working area 160×247 mm). Paragraph indent – 10 mm. Use MS Word 2007 or later. Font sizes: TITLE: uppercase, bold, 14 pt, no hyphenation. Main text and keywords: 12 pt. Abstract: 10 pt. formulas: 12 pt. Formulas should be centered in the text, with formula numbers aligned to the right margin. Tables and figures must be embedded within the text (no photocopies). Tables and figures must have titles and numbers. The table caption is placed above the table; the figure caption is placed below the figure. References should be numbered sequentially in the order of citation and enclosed in square brackets. Author surnames, academic degrees, affiliations, and the list of references are printed in italics, 12 pt. The last page of the paper should be filled with text at least 75%.

Required Structure of the Scientific Paper

  1. Title of the Paper (in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English).
  2. Author Information (in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English): - Full name(s) of the author(s); Full name of the organization – place of work, country, and city. If all authors work at the same institution, it may be indicated once; - Contact information (email) for each author.
  3. Abstract (in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English) — 100–250 words.
  4. Keywords (in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English) – 5-10 words or phrasмes separated by semicolons.
  5. Classification Index: UDC/BBK or other bibliographic classification codes.
  6. Main Text (1.5 line spacing): - Introduction; - Problem statement or task; - Proposed solution and theoretical justification; - Practical research and findings; - Conclusion. (Mandatory elements are in bold; others may be added at the author’s discretion.) The paper length must be no less than 5 and no more than 15 pages.
  7. References (in the original language).

Each scientific paper must be accompanied by an Expert Review and/or Recommendation from a qualified specialist with an academic degree in the relevant field.

Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, and validity of the published materials.

All scientific papers are subject to plagiarism checks. An external reviewer’s recommendation is required; An Antiplagiarism report must be submitted; Borrowed material must not exceed 30% (minimum originality – 70%); Minimum number of references: 20 for review papers, 10 for research papers; References should include DOI numbers whenever possible.

For participants of the conference “Innovative Approaches to the Development and Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Applied Systems,” publication of papers up to five pages is free of charge; each additional page — 150 KGS.


The electronic version of the abstract must be sent by December 15, 2025 to conference@inai.kg.conference@inai.kg

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select articles for publication and to reject materials that do not meet the conference topics, formatting requirements, or are submitted after December 15, 2025. Editorial revisions may be made.

Participation and publication of papers up to five pages are free of charge.
